Refund Policy – MYAH Early Access Program

Refund Window
You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
How to Request
Email Info@myah.io from the email used at checkout with:
- your full name,
- your purchase email,
- the plan purchased,
- and “Refund Request” in the subject line.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility may be limited if:
- you have already attended a supervised access session, or
your account shows abuse, fraud, or chargeback manipulation.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank.
Chargebacks and Processor Rules
Purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy, which may issue refunds within 60 days to prevent chargebacks under its policies.
