Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for the MYAH Early Access Program, including Early Access Pass and Lifetime Founding Member purchases, unless checkout states otherwise or applicable law requires different treatment.
Refund Window
You may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. The refund window begins on the date and time your purchase is completed at checkout.
Refund eligibility ends when the thirty (30) calendar day refund window expires. After that period, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by MYAH at its discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@myah.com from the email address used at checkout with:
Your full name.
Your purchase email.
The plan purchased.
Your order number or receipt, if available.
“Refund Request” in the subject line.
Refund Eligibility by Tier
Free / Waitlist / Beta Interest
Free participation does not involve a paid purchase and is not eligible for a monetary refund.
Early Access Pass
Early Access Pass purchases are eligible for refund requests submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase, subject to this policy.
Lifetime Founding Member / VIP Lifetime
Lifetime Founding Member purchases are eligible for refund requests submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase, subject to this policy. After the refund window expires, lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by MYAH at its discretion.
Delivery of Access
For refund and fulfillment purposes, access is considered delivered when the purchaser receives access to the MYAH Early Access Program, which may include community access, onboarding instructions, eligibility for supervised product sessions, beta communications, or tier-specific early access benefits.
Delivery does not require immediate independent access to the full MYAH platform.
Supervised Sessions and Beta Access
Attending a supervised access session does not automatically eliminate refund eligibility during the thirty (30) calendar day refund window.
However, MYAH may deny a refund where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, excessive misuse, unauthorized access sharing, violation of Program rules, or other conduct that harms MYAH, the community, or other participants.
Duplicate Payments and Accidental Purchases
If you believe you were charged twice, purchased the wrong tier, or made an accidental purchase, contact info@myah.com as soon as possible. MYAH will review duplicate-payment and accidental-purchase requests and may issue a refund, correction, credit, or tier adjustment where appropriate.
Failed Delivery
If MYAH is unable to deliver access to the Early Access Program due to an issue within MYAH’s reasonable control, contact info@myah.com. MYAH may provide corrected access, an alternative fulfillment method, a credit, or a refund depending on the circumstances.
Refund Review Timeline
MYAH will use reasonable efforts to review refund requests within five (5) business days after receiving the required information. We may request additional information to verify the purchase or evaluate eligibility.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may vary by payment processor, merchant of record, card network, and bank. It may take additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact MYAH before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly. MYAH may contest chargebacks where we believe access was delivered, the refund window expired, or the claim is inaccurate, abusive, or fraudulent.
Processor Rules
Purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another payment processor or merchant of record. Processor rules, tax handling, fraud prevention rules, and refund processing requirements may affect how refunds are issued.
