MYAH may process prompts, chats, business ideas, uploaded documents, workspace content, goals, feedback, session notes, and related activity to provide the service, personalize the experience, generate outputs, troubleshoot issues, improve product functionality, develop new features, and evaluate system performance.
MYAH does not sell user data.
MYAH does not use private customer business ideas, uploaded documents, or confidential workspace content to train third-party foundation models unless the user gives permission or that use is clearly disclosed.
Users may request deletion of AI conversations, prompts, uploaded materials, or related account content by contacting info@myah.com. Deleting an account or specific AI-related content may remove future access to that content, but MYAH may retain certain records where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
MYAH may share user inputs with AI infrastructure providers or service providers as needed to process requests, operate the product, maintain security, and deliver the service. These providers may process information subject to their own contractual, technical, and legal safeguards.
Users are responsible for deciding what information they submit to MYAH and should avoid submitting information they are not authorized to share.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information, billing details, tax information, fraud-prevention data, and transaction records under their own privacy policies and terms.
