Plain-English Summary

MYAH is currently in development. When you join the Early Access Program, you are joining the build with us. You are not buying a finished public software product.


What You May Receive Now

Depending on your tier, current availability, and product readiness, you may receive:

  • Community access.

  • Onboarding instructions and product updates.

  • Eligibility for supervised product sessions.

  • Feedback opportunities.

  • Beta eligibility for paid tiers.

  • Tier-specific early access benefits described at checkout.


What Is Not Guaranteed

MYAH does not guarantee:

  • A specific public launch date.

  • A specific beta access date.

  • Immediate independent access to the full platform.

  • A specific feature set.

  • That all roadmap items will be built or released.

  • Uninterrupted availability.

  • A specific business, financial, productivity, investor, or execution outcome.


Public Launch

Public Launch means the date MYAH is made broadly available for independent user access without supervised sessions being the primary method of use. No Public Launch date is guaranteed.


Early Access Pass

Early Access Pass members receive twelve (12) months of MYAH paid-plan access beginning at Public Launch, in addition to the benefits described at checkout.


Lifetime Founding Member

Lifetime Founding Member access means access for up to twenty (20) years from purchase, or for as long as MYAH remains commercially available, whichever occurs first. Lifetime access may not include third-party services, premium add-ons, usage-based features, enterprise features, custom implementation, or separately priced products.


Product Evolution

MYAH may change product structure, benefits, features, access methods, community format, pricing, names, tiers, or technical architecture as the platform evolves. Early access participants understand that the product may look, feel, and function differently over time.


Refunds

Paid purchases are subject to the MYAH Refund Policy. Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. Refund eligibility ends when the refund window expires.
