Security & Data Handling
Last Updated: June 26, 2026
Overview
MYAH is built around trust. Users may share goals, business ideas, plans, documents, and execution details with MYAH. This page explains the practical safeguards MYAH uses or expects to use to protect user information.
This page is not a SOC 2 report, security certification, or guarantee of absolute security.
We regularly review our security practices as MYAH evolves.
Basic Safeguards
MYAH uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Safeguards may include:
Access controls for internal systems.
Limited access to user information based on business need.
Use of reputable third-party service providers.
Payment processing through external payment providers rather than storing full card data.
Security logging, audit records, or monitoring where appropriate.
Internal processes for handling support, refund, privacy, and deletion requests.
Reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.
Payment Data
MYAH does not store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed through a payment provider or merchant of record identified at checkout.
AI Data Handling
AI-related inputs may be processed to provide MYAH functionality, personalize the experience, troubleshoot, improve product functionality, and maintain security. MYAH does not sell user data and does not use private customer business ideas, uploaded documents, or confidential workspace content to train third-party foundation models unless the user gives permission or that use is clearly disclosed.
Third-Party Providers
MYAH may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, website hosting, email communications, AI infrastructure, community spaces, internal records, and support. MYAH does not list providers it does not use, and provider names should be confirmed before publication.
User Responsibilities
Users should protect their account credentials, use strong passwords, avoid sharing access, submit only information they are authorized to share, and notify MYAH if they suspect unauthorized access or a security issue.
Incident Response
If MYAH becomes aware of a security incident affecting user information, we will evaluate the incident and take reasonable steps to respond, mitigate harm, and provide notices where required by law.
