MYAH Early Access Program Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and participation in the MYAH Early Access Program, the MYAH platform, related communities, supervised product sessions, beta access opportunities, and related services (collectively, the “Program”).

Plain English Summary

MYAH is owned and operated by Soaron Global Inc., a Florida corporation.

The Early Access Program is not a finished public software product and does not guarantee any launch date, beta date, feature set, or business outcome.

Early Access Pass members receive twelve (12) months of MYAH paid-plan access after Public Launch.

Refunds may be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; refund eligibility ends when that window expires.

MYAH may use AI to help users plan, organize, and execute, but MYAH does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice.

Who We Are

MYAH is owned and operated by Soaron Global Inc., a Florida corporation (“Company,” “MYAH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). MYAH is an AI Co-Creator and AI-operated platform designed to help users transform aspirations into execution through planning, organization, and guided action.

Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing a membership, joining the Program, accessing MYAH, participating in any Program activity, or affirmatively accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, or participate in the Program.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in the Program.

Program Status and What You Are Purchasing

MYAH is currently in development. You are purchasing participation in an early access program, not a finished public software product. The Program is designed to provide early community access, product updates, supervised product experiences, feedback opportunities, beta eligibility, and tier-specific early access benefits.

The Program may include, depending on your tier and availability:

• Access to the MYAH community, which may be hosted on Discord or another community platform.

• Onboarding instructions, product updates, and early access communications.

• Eligibility for scheduled supervised product test sessions.

• Eligibility for phased beta access for paid tiers.

• Referral participation opportunities, if offered.

• Tier-specific benefits described at checkout.

MYAH may update, expand, reduce, replace, or discontinue Program components as the product, business, legal requirements, or technical needs evolve.

Membership Tiers

• Free / Waitlist / Beta Interest

Free participants may receive community access, product updates, beta interest communications, and feedback opportunities. Free participation does not guarantee beta access, product access, priority support, or any paid-plan benefit.

• Early Access Pass

Early Access Pass members receive the benefits described at checkout, which may include early access communications, community access, eligibility for supervised sessions, priority updates, beta eligibility, and Founders Circle participation if offered.

Early Access Pass members receive twelve (12) months of MYAH paid-plan access beginning at Public Launch. “Public Launch” means the date MYAH is made broadly available for independent user access without supervised sessions being the primary method of use. No Public Launch date is guaranteed.

• Lifetime Founding Member / VIP Lifetime

Lifetime Founding Member benefits are limited to the benefits described at checkout and in these Terms. “Lifetime” means access for up to twenty (20) years from the purchase date, or for as long as MYAH remains commercially available, whichever occurs first.

Lifetime access applies to the MYAH offering as commercially available over time. It may not include third-party services, premium add-ons, usage-based features, enterprise features, custom implementation, separately priced products, or features that MYAH designates as outside the lifetime benefit.

No Guaranteed Launch Date or Feature Set

MYAH is in active development. We do not guarantee a specific public launch date, beta access date, feature set, roadmap, timeline, availability level, or development outcome. Beta access and feature availability may roll out in phases, may vary by user or tier, and may change based on product development, capacity, security, legal, operational, or business considerations.

Delivery of Access

Access is considered delivered when the purchaser receives access to the MYAH Early Access Program, which may include community access, onboarding instructions, eligibility for supervised product sessions, beta communications, and tier-specific early access benefits. Delivery does not require immediate independent access to the full MYAH platform.

Supervised Access Sessions

Supervised access consists of scheduled guided product test sessions conducted live or asynchronously under the oversight of the MYAH team. Sessions may be conducted through video-call tools, community platforms, screen-sharing tools, or other methods we select.

Sessions are subject to scheduling, capacity, availability, technical readiness, and user eligibility. We may change session format, frequency, duration, or availability as the Program evolves.

We may deny, pause, or remove access to sessions for abuse, disruption, policy violations, security concerns, or conduct that interferes with the Program or other participants.

Account Access and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and all activity under your account. You may not share paid access, sell access, resell Program benefits, transfer membership rights, or allow unauthorized users to access MYAH through your account unless we expressly allow it in writing.

Payments, Merchant of Record, and Taxes

Purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another payment processor or merchant of record identified at checkout. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, currency conversion charges, and payment provider charges unless checkout states otherwise. We do not store full payment card information.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the MYAH Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise required by law, refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. Refund eligibility ends when the refund window expires. Attending a supervised session does not automatically eliminate refund eligibility during the refund window; however, MYAH may deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, policy violations, or misuse.

Cancellation

If your purchase is a one-time Early Access or Lifetime purchase, cancellation stops future participation only to the extent applicable and does not create a refund right after the refund window expires. If a future MYAH plan includes recurring billing, cancellation terms will be disclosed before recurring billing begins. MYAH will not charge recurring subscription fees unless those fees are clearly disclosed and authorized.

Product Changes and Material Changes

MYAH may change the product, membership tiers, features, pricing, benefits, community structure, integrations, product architecture, or access methods as the platform evolves. If a material change significantly affects a paid benefit already purchased, MYAH may provide a reasonable alternative benefit, transition path, account credit, or other remedy at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

AI and Professional Advice Disclaimer

MYAH uses artificial intelligence to help users think, plan, organize, and execute. MYAH may provide suggestions related to business planning, financial organization, productivity, strategy, operations, and execution.

MYAH does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, accounting, or other professional advice. MYAH outputs are informational and operational support only. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to rely on any MYAH output. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that require professional judgment.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or harm others.

• Post, transmit, or request illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.

• Spam, mass-invite, scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or attack MYAH systems.

• Use MYAH to violate laws, rights of others, platform rules, or third-party terms.

• Exploit referral systems, payment systems, beta access, or community access.

• Share confidential materials, screenshots, session recordings, roadmap details, or non-public product information without written permission.

• Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures, or account restrictions.

Additional conduct rules may appear in the Acceptable Use Policy, community rules, or product-specific guidelines.

Confidentiality

During early access, supervised sessions, private community channels, or beta testing, you may receive non-public information, including product behavior, screenshots, roadmap information, experimental features, pricing, strategy, or other confidential materials. You agree not to publicly disclose, copy, share, publish, or use confidential Program materials without our prior written permission.

Feedback License

If you provide ideas, comments, requests, suggestions, feedback, bug reports, or other input about MYAH, you grant Soaron Global Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, modify, incorporate, commercialize, and otherwise exploit that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

Intellectual Property

MYAH, including its software, design, brand, content, workflows, AI systems, interface, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Soaron Global Inc. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of MYAH intellectual property to you.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Program for your personal or internal business use.

Third-Party Services

The Program may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, community platforms, video-call tools, email providers, analytics tools, AI providers, hosting services, or other operational tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MYAH is not responsible for third-party service availability, security, acts, omissions, or policy changes.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal information. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to MYAH, the Program, community spaces, supervised sessions, or beta opportunities if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, engage in fraud or abuse, disrupt the Program, initiate abusive chargebacks, or misuse access. Refunds in these cases are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Disclaimers

THE PROGRAM AND MYAH ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific results, business outcomes, revenue outcomes, investor outcomes, funding outcomes, product completion, or development on any particular timeline.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soaron Global Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, or reputational harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Program, MYAH, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to participate in the Program during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soaron Global Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of MYAH, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or content you submit.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. You and Soaron Global Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Program, MYAH, or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

Arbitration will be conducted by a recognized arbitration provider selected in accordance with applicable rules and law. The seat or location of arbitration will be Florida unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different location.

You and Soaron Global Inc. waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Continued participation after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
