AI Use & Data Policy

Purpose
MYAH is an AI Co-Creator designed to help users transform aspirations into execution. This AI Use & Data Policy explains how MYAH uses AI, how users should treat AI outputs, and how MYAH handles AI-related inputs.
What MYAH Does
MYAH may help users think through goals, structure plans, organize work, generate tasks, summarize information, identify next steps, and support execution. As the platform evolves, MYAH may use built-in tools and structured data to provide more personalized and adaptive support.
AI Outputs Are Not Professional Advice
MYAH may generate suggestions related to business planning, financial organization, productivity, strategy, operations, and execution. MYAH does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, accounting, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, verifying information, applying judgment, and consulting qualified professionals before making decisions that require professional expertise.

Ensuring you have permission to submit any data, documents, recordings, or third-party information.
Reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.
Deciding whether MYAH’s suggestions are appropriate for your goals, business, legal obligations, financial situation, and risk tolerance.
Backing up important information outside MYAH where appropriate.
How MYAH Uses AI-Related Inputs
MYAH may process prompts, chats, business ideas, uploaded documents, workspace content, goals, feedback, session notes, and related activity to provide the service, personalize the experience, generate outputs, troubleshoot issues, improve product functionality, develop new features, evaluate system performance, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
MYAH does not sell user data.
MYAH does not use private customer business ideas, uploaded documents, or confidential workspace content to train third-party foundation models unless the user gives permission or that use is clearly disclosed.
Users may request deletion of AI conversations, prompts, uploaded materials, or related account content by contacting info@myah.com. Deleting an account or specific AI-related content may remove future access to that content, but MYAH may retain certain records where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
AI Providers and Processing
MYAH may use third-party AI providers or infrastructure providers to process requests and provide AI functionality. These providers may receive user inputs and related context as needed to deliver the service, subject to applicable provider terms, contractual protections, and security controls.
Confidential and Sensitive Information
Users should not submit sensitive personal information, regulated information, trade secrets, confidential third-party information, health information, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless MYAH specifically supports that use and the user is authorized to provide it.
Accuracy and Limitations
AI systems can make mistakes, generate incomplete information, misunderstand context, or provide outputs that are not suitable for a particular situation. MYAH is designed to support execution, but it cannot guarantee accuracy, outcomes, funding, revenue, compliance, investment results, or business success.
Feedback
Feedback helps MYAH improve. If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or requested improvements, MYAH may use that feedback without compensation or obligation, as described in the Terms.
