Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what users may not do when using MYAH, participating in the Early Access Program, joining MYAH communities, attending supervised sessions, or accessing related services.


Prohibited Conduct

You may not use MYAH or the Program to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, or third-party right.

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, defame, intimidate, or harm another person or group.

  • Share illegal, deceptive, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or infringing content.

  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe systems, bypass restrictions, disrupt service, or interfere with platform security.

  • Scrape, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse MYAH systems, workflows, outputs, or confidential materials.

  • Use MYAH to generate spam, deceptive messages, phishing content, fraud, scams, impersonation, or misleading communications.

  • Exploit referral programs, payment systems, refunds, promotions, beta access, or community roles.

  • Share or request confidential third-party information without authorization.

  • Use MYAH outputs as professional legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or accounting advice.

  • Record, publish, or distribute supervised sessions, private product materials, private community content, screenshots, or roadmap details without written permission.


Community Standards

MYAH communities are intended to support builders, founders, creators, and early users who are helping shape the product. Users should communicate respectfully, protect confidential information, avoid spam, stay aligned with the purpose of the community, and follow moderator instructions.


AI-Specific Misuse

You may not use MYAH to generate or facilitate content, instructions, or activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, deceptive, or intended to harm people, systems, property, or rights.


Enforcement

MYAH may remove content, limit features, revoke roles, suspend accounts, terminate access, deny supervised session participation, refuse refunds in abuse cases, or take other action if we believe this policy has been violated.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice, subject to applicable law.


Reporting Violations

To report a violation, contact info@myah.com with relevant details, screenshots, account names, dates, and a description of the issue.


Changes

MYAH may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
