Dr. Eli Chaimowicz - COO
“Transformation needs structure. My work has always been about helping people and organizations turn intention into real, lasting change.”
More About Me
Dr. Eli Chaimowicz is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Soaron Global, where he leads operational strategy, organizational development, execution systems, leadership alignment, and scalable company processes for MYAH. Eli brings more than two decades of entrepreneurial, operational, and business leadership experience.
Over the course of his career, Eli has helped found, build, and scale organizations across healthcare, education, leadership development, and mission-driven initiatives, giving him a practical understanding of how sustainable organizations are built and operated.
MYAH is a platform built around execution, behavior, structure, and performance. Eli’s background in business leadership, healthcare practice ownership, education, coaching, mission-driven program development, and human performance gives him a relevant foundation for helping MYAH turn its vision into a company that can operate, serve users, and scale responsibly.
Why Myah
Throughout his career, Eli has worked with organizations and individuals who struggled not because they lacked goals, but because they lacked systems to execute consistently. MYAH represents an opportunity to bring those execution systems into an AI-powered platform that helps people turn intention into measurable progress.
Founder Philosophy
Sustainable performance requires structure.
People do not rise to their potential through motivation alone. They need systems that help them stay clear, aligned, and consistent. Eli believes MYAH can bring that level of support to founders, teams, and builders who are carrying more than they can manage alone.
Professional Background & Qualifications
Eli brings more than two decades of entrepreneurial, operational, and business leadership experience, combining hands-on company building with a deep understanding of human behavior, organizational systems, and execution.
In addition to his business leadership experience, Eli has been involved in mission-driven education and support initiatives focused on behavior change, family systems, personal development, and structured learning. This work has provided valuable insight into how people build habits, navigate complexity, and create lasting change—an understanding that complements his operational expertise.
This combination of operational leadership and human-performance experience is directly aligned with MYAH’s mission. As an AI Co-Creator, MYAH is designed to help people move beyond planning by creating the structure, accountability, and execution systems needed to achieve meaningful goals.
Eli helps ensure that MYAH’s execution philosophy and internal operating systems remain grounded in practical business experience and real human behavior, enabling the platform to support users in turning aspirations into consistent action.
